Alpha co-worker

I’d like to update you about my Alpha co-worker, I’m the faggot who works in a steakhouse. First of all I forgot to mention some important things in my previous message, this guy, Gabriel (my Alpha co-worker) he is kinda new in the job, it’s been 6 months that he works here, in the first months he was very motivated and cooperative, but since the beginning of this year he’s acting more and more like the situation I described before he’s jacking around and not doing his job properly. Something else I didn’t say, I’m supervisor and Gabriel is a waiter, what means I’m higher in the restaurant hierarchy, so after the episode I told you in my last message and realising he’s an Alpha and 100% superior than me I started to use my role to give him some privileges (actually it’s only his natural right), everything very subtle because I don’t want to compromise my work. So I’m leaving him has more smoking breaks, I take care of his tables while his outside, I also clean his tables, so he can stay at the bar chatting with the bartenders, and last Sunday I told him to do a smoke break in the end of the night when we start cleaning everything to close, when he came back I asked if he wanted to finish earlier and leave, and he told me “I’m all right, I can stay till the end” after this he barely did something to help and finished with everyone. We earn per hour so I think he just wanted the money and that’s fair enough. It is so rewarding to make an Alpha’s life better, he probably just thinks I’m being nice and at the moment it’s better to keep things like this, me “serving” him secretly, without even himself knowing that.
