College Grad Hire

Hello,

I could use some advice. I am in a company of about 1,000 people and I am a higher level manager. There is one executive above me to which I directly report and then the CEO. I have six direct reports. 

Recently, there was an opening in my area. About a month ago, I interviewed a number of individuals who recently graduated college for the analyst position. While there were many wonderful candidates, I ultimately chose a man who happened to be on his college crew team. I tried not to let looks make my choice, but in the interview, he was wearing tight khakis and a polo that showed him ripped physique. Ugh. When the interview was over, I literally closed my office door and beat off like mad.

Anyway, he has now started and it has been about a week. He is definitely an alpha male and I want him to succeed, which I know he will. I have this strong desire to just suck him off every time I see him. What should I do? I can’t risk my job.
