How to Support a Fag Student

I am a professor in Italy and I would like to know your opinion about one of my students. He is 20, very hard-working, and really attractive. He wears make-up and many straight men, both students and faculty, look at his ass when he passes by. It is very clear that he has a crush on me, he always comes to my office hours and pretends to have questions about the course materials. When I tell him to look for other tutors, he comes up with the most absurd reasons to keep coming to my office when I am by myself. I am married to a submissive guy and my husband thinks that I should just fuck him, but I don't want to risk my career.
