Prepping – does anyone have any good recs on prepping and almost always being ready to give your pussy up? Either fiber intake supplements or douching or something? I feel like it normally takes me a long time.

i usually try to have my last meal 3 hours before douching in order to have my belly empty again, but it clearly depends on every body. try to do it with 3, then go to the toilet, then douch, the douching should be clear within 5 minutes usually.

With douching i usually cound to 5 while putting in the water, then count again to 5 while keeping it in, then push it out till it runds clear.

i also try to eat some greens with my food the same day.

this should cover you for the whole night. it it takes longer i take a suplement like imodium to be clean till the next lunch time 🙂

There are a few things faggots can do to greatly minimize this issue. Diet that includes plenty of fiber/roughage is one way. Using enemas rather than douches are another. I have a gravity-fed enema that I use, but there are different types. You must fill the lower two chambers of your colon with clean water (you’ll feel very full), and then push it out. Repeat this over and over until the water comes out clear. Then you should be good for hours of use.
