Why There’s Pride
Jonathan Joss was a 59 actor and voice of one of the recurring characters on popular cartoon King Of The Hill.
He was also gay and in a loving marriage.
He was shot and killed in an anti-gay hate crime. The video above explains the situation very well.
It also explains why Pride Month exists. It’s not to rub the gay agenda into the faces of haters, or change the sexual orientation of children. It exists for the same reason the civil rights marches of the sixties existed: to force people to make changes to protect the rights and liberties of vulnerable minorities.
Sadly, we live in a hateful world that is even more divided than ever. In America (the supposed “home of the free”) Trump and his regime has made hate the whole agenda. So-called Christians think they’re being hateful and murderous for God. It’s insane.
Gays have been fighting for decades to have legitimacy and a life without discrimination. The whole point of the Pride marches and demonstrations was to force change, resulting in the Marriage Equality Act that legalized gay marriage.
This shooting proves there’s so much more road to march.
