It’s always interesting to me to hear the perspectives of Alphas and faggots from other countries. Even though the roles are the same everywhere, the effects of different societies on that dynamic.
There are plenty of differences between America and Europe. One big difference that has been getting a lot of attention lately is the lack of good, healthy foods in America and the lack of general nutrition. Europeans eat much better, with clean, pure, fresh foods consumed in moderation.

And Master Francesco is right – a diet heavier in fiber and simple foods (like fruits and vegetables) would not only keep the fag leaner, but it would also help the fag’s colon clean itself better.
Whenever I’ve been very regularly in service, I not only ate leaner, simpler foods, but I also fasted periodically. These fasts were of the three-day variety, but they not only kept me cleaner, but they also gave me increased focus and clarity of mind. I know I benefited greatly from it.
