A Good Boy’s Diet
Hi, this is Francesco again. I just saw your answer to my last message and, as you requested, I will share a complete diet for faggots. In general, I am not strict about how my faggots must behave, talk, live, or dress. But I am really strict about their diet. I had a sub boyfriend for 8 years and he wouldn't eat one cookie without asking for my permission first. My current boy is much younger and way less obedient, so I've been struggling with him, but anyway, let's go to the diet, boys:
MASTER FRANCESCO'S DIET FOR GOOD FAGGOTS
In the morning:
a) fiber gummies with vitamins every day and drink 700ml of fresh water. I also recommend to squeeze a lemon with the water and drink it before having breakfast to protect the fag's body from free radicals. For those in America, you can easily find the gummies at CVS or any similar pharmacy;
b) breakfast: avoid too much bread, potatoes, or bacon. What I tell my boys to eat is: oatmeal with blueberries and blackberries, mixed with 1 spoonful of chia seeds. The boy can add 1 spoonful of peanut butter without sugar for flavor, if he wants. Then 2 boiled eggs with little salt and pepper.
c) between breakfast and lunch, the boy must drink at least 1 liter of water.
In the afternoon:
a) lunch: baked potatoes with salt and pepper (french fries are only allowed once a week), green leaves (spinach, lettuce, arugula, etc), 1 tomato, 1 small cucumber. As a protein, the boy can bake tilapia, salmon, or chicken breast in the oven with garlic, onions, pepper, and salt. It's also important to only use extra virgin olive oil for dressing;
b) if the boys wants a dissert or a snack, he should have an apple or an orange. Chocolate or any highly processed sweet is allowed twice a month.
c) between lunch and dinner, the boy must drink 1 liter of water.
At night:
a) dinner: salad of grains (garbanzo beans, corn, and peas), brown rice (white rice should be avoided), salad (the boy can use the leftovers from lunch), and fish. If the boy wants to have chicken for lunch, dinner should ideally be fish, because fish digests much faster than chicken, so the boy's hole will likely be ready for fucking a few hours after having dinner. Also, if the fag knows that his Man wants to fuck him, the boy should never skip too many meals, but I recommend the boy to have just grains, salad, and rice for dinner.
b) Before going to bed, the boy must also 1 more liter of water.
Important observation: Drinking at least 3 liters of water is fundamental for any good boy who wants to be a nice bottom for his Man. Water makes digestion much easier, besides making the boy's skin look prettier. If the boy follows this diet without drinking enough water, his hole will not be properly ready at night for fucking.

But do you know what is funny? My ex-boyfriend was Italian and all the Italian, Swiss, and French fags I've fucked in the past would followed my orders with very little complaint. However, as you already know, my current fag is giving me a tough time, and he is not the first American fag to refuse to follow my diet. I am currently working on an American version of this diet, less restrictive because I don't wanna force anything into my boy. If this is too hard for American fags to follow, I will develop another version of it (including some McDonald's and KFC lol), because now that I'm single again I wanna explore more American fags, and eventually own a handful of them. Although cooking is traditionally a female/fag duty, I personally like to cook for my boys to make sure I will have full control of what they put inside their bodies.
I'm not a fag and I'm not American, so I have no clue. But you Sam are both American and a fag, so you can tell me if this diet sounds too restrictive for your people. In any case, I guarantee that if any boy follows my rules his hole will be always ready, and his Man will be really satisfied.
