Piss is a pretty harmless substance, really. It’s mostly just water with some trace elements. It can be tasteless or very strong, and it changes easily with diet. What I’m trying to say is drinking piss is easy if you just do two things:

1. Overcome the mental issue of actually drinking waste water from your Alpha. Some people really freak out over anything that seems unclean (urine is sterile, though). Part of the way you overcome that is by remembering why he’s wanting you to drink his piss – it’s a way to mark you! By doing this, he’s claiming you. By focusing on that, you should be more prepared (maybe even eager) to drink it.

2. Overcome the difficulty of swallowing it without spilling it everywhere. When swallowing it, DO NOT put your mouth on his cock. Keep your mouth open and keep swallowing. Piss comes out much faster than you think it might, so you must keep swallowing once the piss stream begins. Don’t let it pool up in the back of your throat at all. 

Those are my two biggest tips on piss drinking. I don’t know what this Alpha has in mind, but hopefully you’ll be able to integrate what I’ve said here. Good luck!
