Well, it looks like you’re having an awakening of faggot tendencies! You don’t mention your life/sexuality before this, but I’m guessing you are gay and were living a typical gay life. Many gays try to live traditionally when they are, in fact, undeveloped faggots. You might be in that category.

The sniffing of socks and underwear of Men and Alphas is a pretty typical early symptom of this. We’ve all probably had some variation of this. So don’t be nervous or uncomfortable … what you’re experiencing is perfectly normal.

I’m not sure what your visitor is like, if he’s straight/gay, Alpha/beta, or your relationship with him. I wouldn’t necessarily attempt to offer him service, but you could offer a foot massage and see how he reacts, I suppose. But more than anything, you really just need to study and meditate.
