I love the wide variety of powerful Alphas this site has attracted over the years. Almost all of them are shining examples of how true Alphas transcend simple physical superiority by having keen intellects and and deep wells of empathy. One of the truly invaluable Alpha resources here is Master Albert, a fag-loving Alpha and medical doctor. He has popped in from time-to-time whenever medical issues have been featured here, and I absolutely love it. I’ve always attempted to use accurate, up-to-date medical information here, but I’m not a doctor. It’s much better to get the truth from a doctor’s mouth.
Master Albert noticed a recent update from Giovanni about suffering anal fissures from being fucked by Master Lorenzo’s huge dick (CLICK HERE) and wanted to add his thoughts on Gio’s condition:

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have Master Albert as your doctor? You could go in with the most embarrassing fag issues and he would understand it completely from both a medical and hierarchical perspective! I know I wish I had him when I suffered from anal fissures!
Like Master Albert said, rest is really the only cure for it. I love how he understood the faggot need to keep serving despite the pain (that desire is also strong!), but gave stern (but loving) advice to resist that until the fissures resolve.
But most important were Master Albert’s words of advice for his Alpha brothers! He knows well the Alpha need to fuck all the time, but he puts the onus on faggot Owners to care for their faggots! Hopefully his words help to make faggots everywhere feel seen and appreciated!
