First of all, I’m a Submissive Faggot in my late 20s and I know what I am and my purpose.

my Ideal Type is a Chavy/Scally Lad with fluffy hair (you know the type I mean) wearing Tracksuits, TNs and puffer jackets.

the issue is the type I describe and desire is literally My younger brother who is Straight and very dominant. In my head I want to serve and worship but know I can’t and it’s wrong and how would I even approach the subject with him etc

First of all, you’re wrong if you think you can’t serve your brother. I’ve covered multiple Alpha/fag brothers in hierarchical relationships. Some are sexual, some aren’t fully sexual. I’m not saying it’s an IDEAL situation, mind you. It has the potential to blow up in your face. 

I would start serving your brother in menial ways … doing laundry for him, cleaning and cooking for him, etc. If you have the chance, pay his rent or other expenses. He will ask questions about this behavior, and at that point you can explain what you are. You can use the resources on this site to do this. 

From there, your brother will decide exactly how to use you for his benefit.
