Hello Sam, I want to preface by saying this isn’t a question. It’s more of an observation of a young alpha.
I work in retail and about a year ago I noticed this young guy who had recently been hired on. He’s maybe 5’7 and stocky, like a wrestler. He has that trademarked slow, swaggering walk of an athelete. Typically he work pants and long sleeves. Even so you could see the sleeves fill when he picked something up.
Recently I switched departments, which just happened to be in the same area. I couldn’t help but notice how strong the guy is. He very quickly tosses totes filled with packages of water bottle, like they weigh nothing. Each such tote is over 40lbs and he stacked 10 or 12 in a matter of seconds. Undoubtedly he’s among the stronger guys on the crew and one of, if not, the fastest. His chest is notably wider and thicker than most guys. Beyond physical qualities, the other guys deferred to him. Often asking question or seeking guidance from him instead of the actual team leads or older guys on the crew.
Now for the meat of his alpha-ness. I assumed he was 20 – 22 years old. It turns out he just turned 17 two weeks ago. Most of the guys on the crew are between 18 and 24, so for this past year so or so they had been deferring to a 16 year old. He’s extremely knowledgeable and capable, to the point that when he’s not there, people actively mention needing his help.
Beyond work, this extends to personal conversation. He controls the topic and pace of conversation with guys much older than himself. He’s frequently flirting with the girls, who are all older than him and they are seemingly receptive of his flirtations.
He’s also very intelligent, with numerous people commenting on how smart he is. We’re in Texas. His mom is white. His dad is Mexican. He is white passing, and even knowing his background you wouldn’t expect him to know Spanish. Except he does and speaks at a high level of mastery more aligned with an immigrant than with mexican-americans. I bring this up because for many Chicanos, Spanish is lost over the generations, and many people who speak the language are unable to read or write, not having a formal education on the subject. From what I understand, the schools in the area offers an advanced course typically for Spanish speaking students where the course work is more akin to something in Puerto Rico or Spain. The nature of the course means it’s not an easy A, regardless of skill level and thus most of his peers wouldn’t enroll.
In terms of schooling, the area offers career & technical education for various plants and refineries in the area. He’s already taken classes in preparation for a career as an electrician.
All and all, this young alpha shows tremendous physical attributes, charisma, intelligence, and foresight.

People think I’m telling lies when I stress the truth of hierarchy and the reality of Alphahood. But now that your eyes are opened, you see the world the exact same way as I do! It’s literally IMPOSSIBLE to miss once you know it.
This young Man is definitely Alpha, and likely a high-level Alpha. It’s been that way his entire life, and I’m sure it just comes naturally to him.
But I’m of the opinion that these young, unaware Alphas should be made aware. So here’s what I suggest: get him in a quieter, one-on-one moment and ask him a simple question: “Do you consider yourself to be Alpha?” If he demurs or says something like “I don’t believe in that”, redirect him to notice what he sees in his life … how people defer to him, obey him, seek his approval. Show him how those things are proof of his Alphahood. Then explain to him how hierarchy is natural, and he is at the top of that pyramid.
I’ve seen the eyes of many Alphas light up in wonder when they realize the truth of it. You’ll see it, too, if you do it! Trust me!
